Benefits of broccoli & recipe

I didn't know about broccoli when I was in my country, but when I came to Canada I saw them in the market. I learned that broccoli are eaten raw or cooked.  My kids didn't like it.  It tastes like mustard greens so I cook it like mustard greens for my husband and for myself.  But as my kids got older and started going to the gym, they started eating broccoli because of the benefits.  Ever since my daughter became plant-based, she has been eating raw broccoli every day for lunch as well as for dinne.
