Maggi masala with Tofu or paneer

Today I am sharing a noodle recipe called Maggi! Maggi is an instant noodle and is very popular in Pakistan /India, but also in many other countries people of all age -children and adults - enjoy it as well. Usually, we make it as a soup but when I made it dry it tasted more delicious and has strong flavours. It is not the most healthy meal but also it is not harmful.    You can add some vegetables such as capsicum,onion and garlic, to make it healthy. For protein add Tofu or paneer to make Maggi a delicious and complete meal!
