Chana dal or split yellow with onion tadka

  “Chana dal with onion tadka” I have already shared this dal recipe but today I am going to share the same lentils but a slightly different way to cook it! There are many ways this dal recipe can be prepared. Sometimes, I cook it with meat or spinach but today my recipe is extremely simple with some basic ingredients! This is my daughter‘s favourite tadka dal! So I cook it almost twice a week. This lentil is a rich source of protein and vitamins. Also, it is high in fibre and low in fat.  Let’s make this healthy, quick and very simple lentil!!
