All the perks of coriander

  Today is a very beautiful rainy day.I finished my routine house work and went to sit in my living room. I was studying the benefits of some spices which I use on the daily in my foods. Then I studied about coriander.  What is coriander. We have very few dishes that are prepared without adding coriander powder or fresh coriander leaves. Coriander, is one of the oldest herbs and spices. All of the plant is edible, but the seeds and leaves are used more often. In Pakistan/ India we call this “dhaniya”. Coriander seeds are small, round    and the seeds of the plant are ground into a powder and used as spices in curries and sauces. We use this spice almost every day in our dishes. We use seeds and fresh leaves, in both forms. This plant provides many impressive health benefits. French fries in air fryer

  Today was a very quiet day, after routine cleaning, I decided to     clean the doors. It took me about     two hours,I clean the doors twice an year. When I finished, it was almost lunch time, so I prepared lunch. After eating I was feeling so tired,so I took a nap. When I got up I made some french fries in my air fryer. Today I will share my french fries recipe. I  I am sure everyone likes fries but, some people don’t eat because it’s fried in oil. But now thanks to air fryer we can fry without oil.  Today    was a very beautiful and sunny day, not too cold not too hot. When I got up I called my sister and we talked for about half an hour,after her accident she was not able to walk but,    thanks God she is getting better now. In the last few days, I did not go to see my garden because, I was a little bit busy. So I decided to go see my plants in the afternoon today. I am very happy to see that they are growing! I watered them and plucked some green chilli pepper and some fresh mint from my    garden.
