All the perks of coriander
Today is a very beautiful rainy day.I finished my routine house work and went to sit in my living room. I was studying the benefits of some spices which I use on the daily in my foods. Then I studied about coriander. What is coriander. We have very few dishes that are prepared without adding coriander powder or fresh coriander leaves. Coriander, is one of the oldest herbs and spices. All of the plant is edible, but the seeds and leaves are used more often. In Pakistan/ India we call this “dhaniya”. Coriander seeds are small, round and the seeds of the plant are ground into a powder and used as spices in curries and sauces. We use this spice almost every day in our dishes. We use seeds and fresh leaves, in both forms. This plant provides many impressive health benefits.
