How to make stuffed bell peppers?

  Today, I will share a stuffed bell pepper recipe,  but first of all, I will talk a little bit about bell pepper.  🫑   Bell pepper: Bell pepper and capsicum are the same.   People nowadays care more about their health than they ever did before.    People are starting to eat more vegetables,  🍀  fruits  🍒  and lentils, which are very beneficial for our health. We should eat more homemade food that are made from natural ingredients.    When our kids go to the gym to exercise, they need energy so, they buy energy bars from the store.    On one hand, these bars are very expensive and on the other hand, they contain a lot of sugar and salt which are not very good for children's health.   Therefore, it is better to make such bars at home by adding natural ingredients. Last week, I made these energy bars, and I am very happy because my youngest daughter tasted them and she liked them.
