How I make Shawarma

  The recipe that I am going to share with you today is my son's favorite,     it was my son who asked me to share this recipe. It’s called shawarma, it is a street food in the middle Western. It is very popular in many countries of the world. Shawarma is prepared by ( stacking)    loading up strips of marinated meat. It is full of flavor. The traditional recipe takes hours and needs a lot of fat to make the meat moist. I make it quick, easy and healthy.  You will not feel guilty eating the entire  plate or wrap! I make it with chicken but shawarma can also be made with lamb, beef or turkey.  Let's make chicken Sawarma step by step!
