Paneer or cottage cheese pakoras

  One day I went to eat with the girls at an Indian restaurant, for the first time I ate paneer pakoras. My daughters liked it a lot, so I decided to make paneer  pakoras at home. When I made it, everyone liked it. it came out tasty, so I thought why not share this recipe with you, you will surely love it! It is very easy to make with few ingredients.  Paneer pakoras are a Pakistani / Indian snack that is made with paneer(cottage cheese) gram flour and some spices.   We have many kinds of pakoras but, paneer pakora is very popular in almost all Pakistani / Indian restaurants. We can make it at home too. People use rice flour in this recipe but I used corn flour to make pakoras crispy. When it came out good and the children liked it, I thought I should share this recipe with you! How to make sweet pasta or” میٹھی سویاں ”

  I remember my Babu ji ( my father)was very fond of homemade sweets, vermicelli. My mother used to make them often.     It's made with flour, salt and water.  First of all, we have to make the dough and then make vermicelli with our hands. Afterward , dry them in the sunshine,then dry roast them in a saucepan After that you can keep them for a long time.    It takes a lot of time to make vermicelli by hands and then cook with water, suga and butter or oil. Nowadays, nobody has time to make it. This tradition is almost gone. I make this recipe with spaghetti pasta because my husband and my daughter likes it.  I am going to share this recipe with you today, I am sure it will taste like hand-made pasta, and this recipe will be delicious!
