  What is soft wheat or wheat bulgur? Bulgur wheat is my daughter’s favourite super grain. It is very healthy, chewy, nutritious, and rich in protein and fibre. Bulgur contains vitamins and minerals! It is a whole grain made from hard winter wheat berries.    It comes different sizes.You can use it as a main dish or Enstad of rice or pasta. People make it in so many ways.
