How I make oatmeal ( دلیہ)
With summer around the corner, there are many tasty fruits that we can eat. They are good for the nervous, and respiratory system, it leads to a healthier looking skin.It contains 80% water with high neutral sugar giving energy to one when eaten fresh and ripe. There really is not enough that can be said about the importance of drinking water. Water hydrates the body first. Another great thing about drinking a lot of water,it helps our skin to look radiant and beautiful. We should also walk every day about one hour. In summer, we have to eat vegetables and fruits. Fill up on these foods that are good for us and our family. If you have a small place in your backyard, it is a good decision to grow your own organic vegetables garden. Eating your own harvest organic vegetables will be much more healthier. They will be more natural than any other vegetables that you will find at the supermarket.
The recipe I am going to make today is very simple and easy. That is Oatmeal. A few years ago I had surgery for a gall bladder stone, after the surgery my stomach produced more acid which made me unable to digest breakfast. The doctor suggested to me to eat oatmeal, since then whenever I have breakfast, I make oatmeal for me , so it worked to digeste. People make oatmeal in many ways, but I hope you like how I make it! Oatmeal :
آج میں جو ریسپی بنانے جا رہی ہوں وہ بہت سادہ اور آسان ہے۔ وہ ہے دلیا۔ چند سال پہلے میں نے پتے کی پتھری کی سرجری کروائی تھی، سرجری کے بعد میرے میدے میں تیزابیت بہت زیادہ تھی جس کی وجہ سے میں ناشتہ ہضم نہیں کر پاتی تھی۔ ڈاکٹر نے دلیا کا مشورہ دیا، تب سے جب بھی ناشتہ کرتی ہوں، دلیا بنا کر کھاتی ہوں، تو ہضم ہو جاتا ہے۔ لوگ دلیا کو کئی طریقوں سے بناتے ہیں، لیکن مجھے امید ہے کہ آپ کو یہ پسند آئے گا کہ میں اسے کیسے بناتی ہوں! تو آئیے بناتے ہیں۔ دلیہ
