Vegetable Pakora recipe
Breastfeeding is the best thing for a baby, it is easy to digest and contains a lot of vitamins. It is less work and you don't need to worry about cleaning the baby's bottle. Most importantly, it is a close bonding experience between the mother and her baby. But when your baby reaches the age of five or six months, you should start to feed the baby semi-solid foods. There are many baby food in the market. But the best idea is to prepare your baby's food at home. Everything that you use to prepare your baby's food should be clean. Clean in boiling water spoons, knives and mashers. Discard all leftover baby food, don't put it in the refrigerator. The first semi-solid food that all my children ate was baby cereal and boiled rice. After that, I started feeding them fruits, vegetables and then meats. In the beginning, you should give finely pureed food. When they get a little older and they have both upper and lower teeth for chewing, you can give them a little chunkier food. Sometimes babies reject some food. You can replace the food that they don't want with another thing, but after a few weeks or a month give him/ her again the food that they rejected.
Always remember that the baby food that you make at home will be the best for your baby's health. Today I will share a Pakistani/Indian snack with you which is called pakora.
