Chickpeas Salad

 I am very happy today, because my son  was blessed with a beautiful daughter. So toady  I became a grandmother. 👶
Today is  not  a sunny day , but  still it is a hot day. I did my routine house work. Afterwards, I decided to read something, so I was reading the  “Reader’s digest”. They wrote a natural diet ,  for vomiting and diarrhea.I think it is useful for everyone. That’s why I am going to share with you.We experiences an attack of vomiting and diarrhea at some time. This may be caused by tainted food or gastric “ flu” In either case, the following diet may help ( seek the advice of your general practitioner before undertaking this diet if you have any medical disorder, such as diabetes or epilepsy). 

What you can do at home

First 24 hours- Drink one glass of unsweetened apple juice or mineral water every two or three hours. This allows the stomach and intestines to clear fermented matter and irritants. 

Second day- breakfast _ a little low- fat yogurt . Lunch- a dish of finely grated or puréed apple. Evening meal- if you feel better, a bowl of vegetable soup. 

Third day- fruit and yogurt for breakfast, soup or steamed vegetables with a dish of brown rice for lunch and dinner.

I hope this diet will be helpful. When my children were young my doctor always recommended me to give them Oasis juice, because this juice does not have sugar.


Today I will share a salad recipe with you, that I made for supper. It’s called “ Channa salad” chickpeas salad  I used chickpeas “clic can”


Chickpeas salad


Ingredients:
One can of 540 ml boiled chickpeas (ready to eat)
Two -green onions ( cut in to small pieces)
1/2 - cucumber (cut into small pieces)
Salt and pepper to taste 
One tablespoon -virgin olive oil 
One teaspoon -cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon- suger
 One teaspoon -White vinegar
One tablespoon green coriander (chopped)
One teaspoon paprika 
1/2 medium- tomato( cut in to small pieces)
Drain the chickpeas and put  in a large bowl. Add onions, tomato, cucumber and coriander. Sprinkle salt  peppers ,paprika, cumin and sugar . Pour Vinegar and oil on top of the salad, mix and serve. 




آج میں بہت خوش ھوں کیونکہ آج میرے بیٹے کو خدا نے ایک خوب صورت بیٹی سے نوازا ہے میں دادی بن گئی ھوں آج میںنے روز کی طرئع اپنا گھر کا کام ختم کیا آج بہت گرمی تھی یھاں اور کچھ تھوری پریشانی بھی کیوںکہ ہم میں سے اسپتال بہو کے ساتھکوئی نہیں جا سکا اجازت نہیں جانے کی بہرحال اچھی بات یہ ہے کہ بہو اور بچی بلکل ٹھیک ہیں آج میں آپ کے ساتھ ایک رسیپیشیر کروں گی چنا سلاد جو آج میں نے شام کے کھانے کے لیے بنایا تھا 

ایک کین 540 ml  ابلا ھوا  چنا  دو سبز پیازچھوٹا چھوٹا کاٹ کر)

آدھا کھیرا ( چھوٹا چھوٹا کاٹ لیں


نمک اور کالی مرچ ٹیسٹ کے حساب سے

ایک چائے کی چمچ پیپریکا



آدھی چائے کی چمچ چینی

ایک چائے کا چمچ سرکہ

ایک چائے کا چمچ جیرا پوڈر

ایک کھانے کا چمچ    Olive oil


آدھا ٹماٹرچھوٹا چھوٹا کاٹ کے)

ایک کھانے کا چمچ سبز دھنیا

چنوں کو کین سے نکال کر سارا پانی چھان کے نکال دیں  اور ایک سلاد کے پیالے میں ڈالیں پھر تمام جو اوپر سبزیاں لکھی ہیں اندرڈالیں اور نمک مرچ پیپریکا جیرا پوڈراور چینی ڈالیں اور سرکہ اور اائیلڈال کے اچھی سے مکس کریں اور پھر سرو کریں
