“Kadhy Pakora” yogurt sauce& deep fried fritters

Today I am going to share a dish, with you    that is my whole family ‘s favourite and almost everyone ‘s favourite in Pakistan /India. It's called “ Kadhy Pakora” “Kadhy” is a yogurt sauce and “ Pakora” is deep-fried fritters made from gram flour. It is the most famous dish in Pakistan /India. People make it in different ways, but everyone uses gram flour and yogurt this is a common thing. It is served as a side dish with boiled rice or roti. Let's make “Kadhy Pakora” step by step! I make “pakora” with many different vegetables but these pakoras are especially for “kadhy”. You will need gram flour, onion, and some spices. How to make onion “pakoras “for Kadhy? Carrot Pudding “Gajar Ka Halwa”

Today I want to share with you a dessert, it's called in Pakistan /India “ Gajar Halwa”. In urdu / Hindi    “ gajar”    mean carrots and “Halwa “ mean pudding so, it means carrot pudding. But the recipe is different. Today I went for the grocery, and I saw very beautiful baby carrots bags, so I bought one packet.  Usually, I buy baby carrots for salad but today I am going to use these to make    “Halwa” Before the recipe, we will talk a little bit about carrots. Carrots have many colours but they are typically orange. Others are yellow, white, or purple. Homemade chaat masala

  This weekend was a long weekend because it was Canada’s day on Friday.  Everyone had Friday off and also my son came from Toronto to spend time with the family. In the morning everyone woke up late so, my daughters and I made a brunch for the whole family.  After eating I finished my daily routine of house cleaning.    For Friday my daughter bought tickets for Biodome. This is a very beautiful place, there are many different animals like fish, birds, snakes, crocodiles, turtles, bats and  parrots etc. We saw all the parts of the Biodome and we took a lot of pictures, that I will share with you. The whole family enjoyed it.  Afterwards, we went to eat ice cream, eating ice cream in summer is my favourite part and my beautiful memories of my childhood.
