Beyond meat “Samosa”

  As everyone knows, samosas, is a fried pastry with a savory filling. They are famous not only in Pakistan/India but all over the world. They are crunchy, flaky, golden and spicy. Some people like baked samosas. We can fry samosas in the air fryer too! Samosa can be stuffed with any vegetables but potato samosa or ground meat samosa are the most common. My son and my daughter-in-law like samosas but, they prefer homemade samosas.     Usually, I make potato, peas or meat samosas but, last week my son bought some beyond meat so I     made samosas with beyond meat, and everyone liked it.My daughter-in-law asked me to post this recipe. My daughter loves mushrooms masala fry rice, so I make it often. Today I will share this recipe with you. First of all, we should talk about mushrooms.  Mushrooms are so popular all over the world, we can create many recipes with them. Vegetarians and vegans use mushrooms as a meat substitute in their meals.   In earlier times, people used jaggery instead of white sugar because old people believed that jaggery and brown sugar is more natural than white sugar.   I remember when my grandfather used to eat a cube of jaggery after every meal, he would also give us some to eat and tell us that “by eating jaggery, food is digested quickly”. We did not understand these things at that time. We used to eat jaggery because, like all other children, we liked sweets.
