How I made quinoa salad with fresh vegetables

  The other day my daughter said she wanted to eat a salad that she had never had before.    So I made her a quinoa salad with fresh vegetables which she loved.    So, today I will share the same salad with you guys, I hope you will try it!  Originally, Quinoa is from South America. It is a pseudo-cereal, it is a seed, not a grain.  You can make quinoa as a side dish or as a meal. Quinoa doesn't have much flavour by itself.   Winter is coming, it started snowing yesterday.  As for what the eyes can see, there is a white sheet of snow everywhere,           First Snow of 2022 people are putting snow rugs in cars and changing their cars tires. The shovels and brushes are kept in the hoods in case the snow starts to fall heavily.    If you use a car, these things are needed.     My daughter needed something similar for her car, so I asked her to drop me off at the grocery store while she purchased this items.    I bought some necessary things but when we came back home, it was late in the evening and there was not much time to prepare supper.   If we need a quick and affordable dinner, then canned tuna is the best option!   Today I will talk about Turnips and also I will share with you a Turnips recipe. Turnips are root vegetables, they are from the radish family. In Urdu /Hindi it's called “shalgam”. This vegetable is very delicious, simple and easy to cook within     30 minutes.   They are crunchy,    light purple on the top and white on the bottom.
