Fried Mixed Vegetables

  Today, I cleaned both my refrigerators and found three or four kinds of vegetables in there.     I made fish for dinner with boiled basmati rice and mixed vegetables. It was very tasty. Everyone liked the mixed vegetables very much, so I thought I would share this recipe with you today.   This is a very easy recipe that anyone can make, and it takes just 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. This is a very simple, but very colourful dish. Spicy Chicken Hearts

  This afternoon, I cooked chicken hearts for the two of us because my husband and I are fond of this dish. When we go to our Asian stores, we must buy an entire package of chicken hearts and gizzards. I will share a chicken heart recipe later. It is called “Spicy fried chicken hearts” They are not easy to find in a local supermarket but, you can find chicken hearts in Asian or Mexican grocery stores, and you will get them mixed-packed h earts in with gizzards, both are very healthy.   How does it taste like? They do not have the same texture as chicken breast, wings, thighs or drums.  Chicken hearts taste something like dark meat chicken and have a little bit of a steak textur. Yet, they are delicious and healthy.  It cooks very fast, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes to be done. If you overcook, it will be kind of rubbery.  You should clean chicken hearts before cooking.   Today, I am going to talk about taro roots, which is a roots vegetable. In the end, I will share a taro roots recipe. Fun fact: this is my favourite dish!  This morning I started with my daily house cleaning routine; I cleaned the bedroom’s doors, walls and windows. Usually, I clean the doors and walls with baking soda and white vinegar but last week I bought a new produc called “Hertel”  and I used it for the first time and it worked and I liked it.   This morning my children went out for brunch, so I prepared breakfast for the two of us. Afterwards, I finished my routine house cleaning then, I cooked potatoes with gravy. We call this dish “ Aloo masala” I will share this recipe with you later and I will write about potatoes today.
