Bowl with Hot Sauce This bowl is a favorite in my house, especially with my children, and it’s incredibly easy to prepare! The ingredients are simple, and everything comes together beautifully in just one bowl One day, I went out with my daughters and we tried a bowl with bélé, grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and beans. I really loved it! Later, I recreated it at home in my own way, and everyone enjoyed it. Since then, it has become part of my weekly menu. I knew I had to share it with you—I’m sure you’ll love how simple and quick it is to make. Everything comes together in one bowl! I usually make two versions: one with vegetables and one with cooked leftover ground meat or boneless chicken I use boiled bélé, but you can easily substitute it with rice. How to Make Bélé: Bring 1 cup of water (or vegetable stock for extra flavor) to a boil. Add ½ cup of bélé, cover, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
