This weekend was very busy and very good because my son came home with his family this weekend.    When my granddaughter comes home, the sounds of her laughing, speaking in baby language and crying echo throughout the house starting 7 a.m., she is the first child and therefore the darling of the whole family.    My children had a lot of fun this weekend talking late into the night, watching movies and playing games, they went to bed after midnight so, they woke up late in the morning, had breakfast and then my children went for a long walk.    During this time I finished my daily house cleaning.    Afterwards, we made lunch and after eating, I    played with my granddaughter for a long time.    Today when they were going back my heart became sad but, this is how life goes. It reassured my heart knowing that next week my other son is coming home for a week then insha'Allah there will be able lot of laughing and joy in the house.    Today, everyone is back to their work.    Everyone

This week was very stressful, because  my daughter got a surgery last Monday. She had a procedure called Septoplasty. It consists of improving the way one breathes through the nose. My daughter had a deviated septum that required a full reconstruction in the hopes to straighten her deviated nasal septum. Basically, the nasal septum is the partition between the two nasal cavities and it ideally runs down the center of your nose. My daughter issue was that her septum was severely deviated to the right side of her nasal cavity. She initially saw an ENT (ear, nose, throat doctor) that confirmed this issue to her and suggested a Septoplasty to correct this issue. Her surgeon, Dr. Moubayed, scheduled a 2hour long procedure this Monday at 9:30am in Nun's Island. Two hours prior to the surgery, she had to stop drinking and 6 hours prior to the surgery eating.    The day of the surgery she had to slip into her surgery gown and leave her belongings in the locker that they had provided. After

Today, I will share my Banana Nuts oatmeal peanut butter energy bars recipe, but, before I want to share my morning routine. Autumn is almost over and winter is approaching. In this season, as far as the eye can see, the yellow and burgundy leaves of the trees can be seen flying, on the sidewalks, on the streets and in the courtyards of the houses, which is a a very beautiful sight.             Beautiful autumn Presented when leaves are falling from trees in the wind.    This morning after prayers I went for a walk in the park with my husband and daughter. It was so peaceful. There was a calm silence everywhere.    My daughter goes for a walk every morning and we  usually walk in the evening. Today I went for the first time in the morning, because my husband was off work today and he wanted to walk ten thousand steps.    We walked around the park for about an hour and a half and then we did ten thousand five hundred steps. We felt a lot of peace by walking early in the morning and du

Today, after many days, the weather is very good, neither too cold nor too hot, but the wind is blowing very fast because, autumn has begun.     In a few days it will be very cold and then it will start snowing.     Therefore, there is no gardening outside from November to April.     Some professionals grow vegetables indoors, but there is no farming outside, so the community gardens are closed and everyone clears their section in November.     This year I also took a     section to grow vegetables.     I also had to clean the garden today so, I woke up early in the morning. First of all, I finished my routine house cleaning. Afterwards, I cooked lunch and after eating the lunch, this afternoon I went to the community garden.
