Mix green salad
Stress becomes a bad thing when it reaches a level where we feel no longer in control. Everyone has a different kind of stress. Some have family stress, some have job stress. I am not a professional but I studied a lot about it because if we are under stress we can not take care of our home, our children and their future. The main symptoms of stress are a pain in the neck, pain in the shoulders, headaches, back pain and upset stomach. Learn to recognize these signs and be prepared to act quickly on the problems causing this. One of the best and most tried and true ways for reducing stress is through meditation. Meditation helps us learn to clear our minds and relax. We will be amazed at how the stress seems to just melt away. Give yourself the time and privacy you need. Find a comfortable sitting position, wear loose and comfortable clothing. Relax and take several deep breaths, close your eyes and try to mentally focus on a peaceful world. Clear your head and let your muscles loosen up, do not worry about what is going on around you. Meditation is a great way to relax, it will improve your health and reduce your stress more than any drug. I have been doing it for 35 years and it has helped me a lot. Now my daughters do meditation every night before going to bed.
Take a day off. It doesn't have to be a fancy vacation resort. You can go one day in a park, where you do not think about the bills, work or whatever tensions you may have. It is important to take time for yourself, so do it! You will feel good. You should do yoga, daily at home. Take a walk every day. You could also read a good book or start cooking. Notice which activities engage you and allows you to drop your worries. Keep that mental list handy for whenever you are stressed. These can be the best ways to relieve stress. Avoid negative people as much as possible, without being rude. Have faith, saying a short prayer in time of stress can give you a sense of calm, especially if the situation is one you have no control over. In the end, I will say that take care of your family, and yourself by eating healthy. Today I will share my husband and my children's favourite salad.
Mix green salad:
Ingredients
1-Half cucumber -(cut in small pieces)
2- One cup-Romaine lettuce(wash and cut)
3-Half- carrot(wash and grated)
4-One avocado
5-Two- green onions( cut in small pieces)
6-half cup-arugula (wash and cut)
7-five or six -grape tomatoes( wash and cut in two pieces)
8- Small piece of Broccoli
Dressing salad
1-two tbsp- extra virgin olive oil
2- one tbsp- white vinegar
3- 1/2tsp- salt( to taste)
4- 1/2 tsp-black peppers ( to taste)
Method: Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl and pour dressing salad on top of the vegetables. Mix well and your healthy salad is ready to eat! 🌿
