Bulky salsa

I got up early today like I do every day.  First of all,  I did yoga then I finished cleaning my house, as usual, then I prepared lunch. After eating lunch, I went to see my garden and I watered the plants. I also plucked some tomatoes and green peppers from the garden and came back home. When I got home, I made tea for my husband and myself, then we both watched a Bollywood movie.  When the movie ended, I made dinner because my husband eats dinner before seven o'clock.   We both ate together and after that I did my evening prayer and thus my day ended.  Today I will share with you a recipe called salsa.  We need these ingredients for this recipe. 







 Salsa

Ingredients:

One tablespoon- green bell pepper ( cut into small cubes

One medium tomato 🍅 ( cut into small cubes)

One medium-red onion 🧅 ( cut into small cubes)

One tablespoon -chilli sauce 

One tablespoon - fresh coriander ( chopped) 

Half teaspoon - sugar

Half teaspoon - salt 

One tablespoon - lemon  juice

One teaspoon - white vinegar

One teaspoon  - tomato pureé


Method:      Chilli sauce



In a large bowl put tomato, onions, bell pepper, fresh coriander. Then add tomato pureé, lemon juice,  vinegar, chilli sauce, sugar and salt. Mix well all the ingredients and serve!

 اجزاء:

 ایک کھانے کا چمچسبز شملہ  مرچ (چھوٹے کیوب میں کاٹ لیں۔

 ایک درمیانہ ٹماٹر 🍅 (چھوٹے کیوب میں کاٹ لیں)

 ایک درمیانی سرخ پیاز (چھوٹے کیوب میں کاٹ لیں)

 ایک کھانے کا چمچ  چلی سوس مرچ کی چٹنی۔

 ایک کھانے کا چمچ تازہ دھنیا (کٹا ہوا)

 آدھا چائے کا چمچ - چینی۔

 آدھا چائے کا چمچ - نمک۔

 ایک کھانے کا چمچ - لیموں کا رس۔

 ایک چائے کا چمچ - سفید سرکہ۔

 ایک چائے کا چمچ - ٹماٹر گرینڈ  ۔

 طریقہ

 ایک بڑے پیالے میں ٹماٹر ، پیاز ، کالی مرچ ، تازہ دھنیا ڈالیں۔  پھر ٹماٹر گرینڈ ، لیموں کا رس ، سرکہ ، چلی سوس، چینی اور نمکشامل کریں۔  تمام اجزاء کو اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور پیش کریں
