Natural remedy for morning sickness

 Nausea or vomiting in the first three months of pregnancy is extremely common. Although it is called morning sickness, it can happen at any time of the day. It can last throughout a whole pregnancy. The best advice for pregnant women suffering from morning sickness is to follow their gut feeling about food. They should avoid any food that they don't think that they could digest. Coffee,tea,cola, and chocolate all contain caffeine and make your nausea worse. Sugary food may be delightful, but often contribute to nausea. Fatty food may also upset your stomach. Avoid to cook foods that have a strong taste and smell. Keep a  glass of apple or pineapple juice next to your bed at night. When you get up in the morning drink a glass of juice or water and eat one or two dry biscuits. Eat small, low- fat meals regularly, and if you discover a food that is less upsetting for your stomach compared to anything else, eat more of it.   Yogurt is an old  food, yogurt is known for both its healing properties and as a nutritional boon. It is such a rich and easily digested source of calcium. Five years ago I was told by the doctor that I have a lot of acid in my stomach.I took some medicine but, it was not working. I searched a lot about this and then I found out that if we eat yogurt every day it helps reduce acidity in our stomach. This is why I started eating yogurt and it has helped me a lot. Also I use yogurt in my recipes. You can buy from stores, but you could also make fresh yogurt.  It is fresh, cheap and very easy to make. So today I will share with you how to make fresh yogurt. For this we need a saucepan,a thermometer,a bowl, some plastic wrap and a  towel. You will also need 2 cups of milk, preferably low-fat and a tablespoon of plain yogurt.   As usual, I finished my routine house work. After lunch my husband and I we went to the park and walked. We stopped by our garden and watered our plants. Afterwards, I prepared dinner and I made a dessert. So I will share this dessert recipe with you, it's called banana custard.For this recipe I used " Bird's custard powder" it is very good,because I have been using this custard powder since fifteen years. This recipe is very easy and delicious. Custard 🍮 Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups- milk Five teaspoons- white sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons- custard powder One green cardamom 1/2- banana ( cut in to small pieces round ) 10 to 15 Pistachio ( cut in to small pieces or grind) Method In the 2 cups of milk add 5 tablespoons of sugar, cardamom and boil it in a saucepan. Add a half cup of cold milk in a bowl and add 2 1/2 tablespoons of custard powder. Mix it to make a smooth mixture. Pour the custard mixture in boiling milk and cook for 2 minu

  Last night I could not sleep, because I was not feeling well. What happen last night? I went outside with my daughter for a walk, it was too cold and we drank cappuccino during our walk. For me it was too much,when we came back my feet were frozen. Anyways, this morning after praying I went back to sleep.   T oday I will share some home remedies. These are very simple and useful and. There are no side effects.My mother's grand-mother used to believe in home remedies and now so do I. Most of the time, my children use just natural home remedies. I made a list of home remedies for you. You don't need to buy ingredients. You can find everything in your kitchen. 1- REHYDRATING FACE PACKS If you suffer from dry skin, make a face pack using either honey, avocado or a raw egg yolk . When you apply, avoid the eye area. Leave this pack for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash your face with worm water. Repeat once a week. You will see the difference after two or three use. 2-  FOR ITCHY SKIN    Peel and slice a cucumber, leave it in a bowl for two hours, and then press the slices through cheesecloth.   Today was a very hot day. After lunch my husband and I we went for a walk, but we came back within fifteen minutes. The reason for that is because outside it was very windy but hot and humid. Pizza night

  This morning my sister called me. I was able to talk to my mother because she just came back from the hospital. She told me that now she is doing better, thank God. After speaking to my mother I talked to my sister. We talked about family,  friends and about a lot of other things. We called each other for about one hour. Chores may include things like cleaning the house every day. To help with time management it is useful to write a to-do list for the next day. Today was a beautiful sunny day. After breakfast,  I finished my routine house cleaning. My husband and I we went to a plant store, we bought some tomatoes plants,peppers plants and some seeds. When we came back, we went in our garden.  We work together,we planted all the plants and watered them.There was many families,we met some people, everyone was very nice and very polite. The most important is that, everybody was working in their garden and talking to each other.  This place is very beautiful and peaceful, it was a really fun. About Coqmmunity gardens& Urad lentil recipe

  In January, I filled an application for gardening in the park. First they refused, but today they emailed us that " they have a place." So my daughter and I went there and they registered my name. Afterwards, we saw the spot that was reserved under my name. So we did a little bit of work there. Tomorrow we will buy some seeds, plants etc. We will start to plant. Anyways, when I came back I prepared dinner for my family. Today I cooked lentils called " urad dal".
